Add stores and featured image URL to CSV IMPORT plugin

It would be very useful to add stores and featured image URL to CSV IMPORT plugin. I use it with couponpress and unless someone else has found a way to do this with the existing plugin, I am having to do it manually which for over 1000 coupons is a PIA.

I could wade through the plugin PHP to work it out, but would much rather Mark and team officially updated the plugin as I´m sure it is used very frequently by the premiumpress customers.
