A Native Support system where we can login and see the responses will be good for us to track and see history.
With current system, some of the support tickets are missing and not able to track what we have sent, by the time we are getting the response we are forgetting what we have sent?
Some of the form submissions are not coming to email, lot of if and buts..
a better solution would be to have a native system where we can login and record our concern comeback and see the history of interactions (along with emails no doubt).
