Classiefieds V10.6.2 change design and Translate text on the my account page

Hello, everyone!

First of all, my English is not that good. I’m from Wien. I speak German, my website is in German.

1. Challenge
I don’t have an elementor installed.
I find the loading times extremely long.
This can also have something to do with my hosting.
I want to keep the design simple.

So I can only change the blocks for the main page.
But I have set design 9 for the member page.
I cannot change this, I can only configure it.
Can I somehow change that in the database.
For example from member block design 9 to member block design 3.
Does somebody has any idea?

2. Challenge
Translate or change text on the my account page for each user.
It doesn’t work with loco translate.
This text is not displayed.
