Custom Fields – How to delete pre-settings?

Hi, Directory theme with Square child theme …
On the add listing page there are 3 custom fields already, how can I delete them to be able to add my own fields?
The fields I want to delete are the > Company Phone – Company E-mail and Company web-site .. or rename them .. Company does not sound good for a Naturopath 🙂
.. or do I need to find another child theme or no child theme at all?
