Dating version 10, impossible to remove top navigation bar and edit footer

    Hi,
    I have installed the dating last version 10,
    when I want to remove the top navigation bar, there is no area to do that,
    and I edited the footer, after I clicked save, but it doesn’t change anything.
    I hope some one can help me please !
