Physical Stores in Comparison Theme

I’ve recently picked up a project after a few years using Comparison Theme. I previously used version 8.9.7 where it was straightforward to set up stores as physical locations.

Now I am using version 9.4.3 and finding it very difficult to pick up where I left off. Creating new taxonomies is proving impossible as my site doesn’t even have an option vs the help video and the option to have a ‘store’ has also seemed to have disappeared all together and replaced by the urls in the product pages. I’m hoping this is still possible as i’ve found the Google Maps API set up but can not find where this is used.

Is there anyone that has knowledge of the old version and now the new version who can give me some tips please?
