    I can’t find any instructions/videos on how to set up region shipping costs. I added one region called “Northeast” with a few states in it and a shipping cost of $100 for all the weights. I set up one product to require shipping with a weight of “Heavy”.

    When I add it to Cart, there is no shipping fee. After I fill in the address with the included State, there still is no shipping fee.
