Comment area for blog posts not showing up

    I am using the CouponPress theme. On my blog posts, the section for readers to post comments is not showing up.
    I have checked the box “Allow people to post comments on new articles” under Settings -> Discussion.
    Is there anything else I need to do?
    Also how do I enable the comments section for previously published posts?
