How to replace new property to featured property for teslia child theme

Hello please am using the Teslia childtheme of Real estate theme.
1. i notice that the homepage displaces new properties below the category on the homepage, please how can i change it to displace only featured properties??
2.Also the how can i make the featured properties be listed first in their respective categories before other non featured properties?
3.lastly how i edit the teslia child theme homepage? i want to add a widget to the homepage
