SellSpace Question

Would it be possible to use SellSpace to sell ad space for Image blocks? Their are 3 Image blocks on my homepage that I intent to sell as “Featured Profile” that links image to sellers profile.

Also, how would I go about monetizing a category? One that only allows for certain members or listing add-ons can post in. I am wanting add a “Featured Auctions” where sellers must pay extra to list in that category.
