As we all use this forum, and support tickets to request help, many times we also forget the overwhelming number of support requests Mark, and his team get every day. Surely their work-load is beyond our understanding with thousands of users worldwide in numerous languages asking for help. We all rightfully think our issues should take priority, however the truth is everyone is equally as important.
See today, our hosting partner suspended our websites, yes, all 9 live sites and the 2 we are still building using the PP themes, due to old versions of wordpress which are only shells of non-used folders left on our server, along with flagging the plugin “revslider” being outdated as a potential virus infecting plugin on their network. Both of these issues flagged our website hosting package as a threat to the entire co-hosting server we share.
In a panic, we contacted PP and Zarko jumped into action taking the time in minutes to care about this one single PP client, fixing the issue by reloading the plugin for us, via ftp. This immediate help, demonstrated what a true professional partner PP can be to us all.
I can not share how impressed we are, and thankful that there are still ethical support people in this industry today. Living with a “fast-food, we want it now” mentality, sometimes we all must keep in mind, that we are only one of many whom need help in a timely manner.
THANK YOU ZARKO, JOSH, MARK AND THE ENTIRE PP TEAM for showing patience, and care, even when we ALL tend to vent once in a while. 🙂
