updating theme

in my admin on wordpress under the couponpress tab called theme updates it says this:
Congratulations!
You are currently running the latest version of CouponPress, there are no new updates available at this time.
Theme Information
Name CouponPress
Version Number 7.1.3

but in premium press there is a version 7.1.4.

i have downloaded this and tried to upload it it wordpress and it tells me that couponpress exists already.

how can I add this.
