Downloads have disappeared from my account area

    Help please,

    We were planning on working this weekend, but when we went to the account area our downloads were empty. We desperately need shopperpress responsive (the ST.zip version 8) to load up to our local WP install.

    We submitted a ticket on Friday to “Sales & Billing” and had no response, so we submitted another one yesterday afternoon to “Theme” and still no response there either.

    What can we do next please?
