Having spent the best part of 3 days trying to work this out I am now bailing out! It is not credible to have a job board theme when you don’t differentiate between the recruiter and the job seeker. Although this is a choice on sign up, it doesn’t offer the user separate functionality which leads to all kinds of problems. For example the user is faced with a generic list of profile fields which may, or may not be relevant. You can of course switch these off but that means that one side is losing some valuable features. You have to move this on further so that it delivers.
