We do not have any limitations for filesizes within the theme, this is controlled by your hosting setup.

ok i not understand have problem for upload picture hight resolution i see and not is the problem the mb , is problem the resolution and i see upload the picture hight resolution but in the theme send error whit upload resolution 1100×1100 and have min upload 800×640
