After 2 weeks using the newest version V.10.8.6. there is several issues i have been through and i think premiumpress team need to improve it.
1. MANUAL APPROVAL FEATURE NEEDED
validation after clicking button BUY NOW. And return to their user area via callback page, all the features is unlock before they pay it. I think there is need manual approval features from the admin area to unlock the features after customers make their payment. as long as customer not make any payment, then all the features (upgrade, boost listing, credit system, etc) never unlock. so there is no ‘FREE’ when they using ‘PAID FEATURES’. all unlock must be doing manually by admin from admin area. Not all payment gateway work like PAYPAL system.
2. COMMENT PENDING APPROVAL
after someone give a rating comments and need to approval, but the comment automatically shown it up, before admin approve it.
3. REPLY COMMENT FEATURE NEEDED
User also can reply the comment so there will be more interaction. Because there is no reply button in user area (only delete button).
3. SYSTEM CREDIT BALANCE ISSUE
Credit Balance system need to be fix. it’s very rare when we offer $20 but sent it to their balance $40 after purchase and the payment never came, but the credit just added to their balance. need manual approval too. after they make payment, and admin check it, then the credit added to their account.
4. MAXIMUM UPLOAD MEDIA ISSUE
i setting up maximum upload images ‘3’ from the setting listing, but after some tests, customer can upload more than 3 images before they save the listing.
I can’t running the business because the issues is very crucial. especially in payment system.
i think this is very serious issues that premiumpress team need to be concern. i’m using DT V.10.8.6.
I hope premiumpress team improve it immediately.
