URGENT Help Please Mobile Related Settings

Please can somebody respond here or in my previous post. I am desperate to make my site appear on mobile Device meaning specifically Mobile Phone.

Works on on Tablets and iPad, no problems, But Mobile phone (smart phone) No images show.
only BB forum shows Blog shows No images anywhere show No profiles show. and ALL font is just too small to read anything at all anywhere. I will look like such an idiot if can’t get the site to look like a normal responsive site on Mobile phone.

It worked before but not now. What the hell has happened with it. Soooo frustrating…. 🙁

I would be happy to just be able to turn off any new mobile display and have it like a normal responsive mobile layout. it would look better than nothing there at all.
