Sidebar not displaying widgets

I noticed that the sidebar is not displaying widgets. The sidebar-two-column space is present and selected for all pages via Theme Options — Page Setup. I still have a Right Column widget area in Appearance — Widgets. It’s populated with one Blank Area Widget which is set to “Show Widget”. If I add new widgets they don’t display.

I’ve tried turning off plugins and it still won’t display.

I’m not sure if this was caused by any updates.
