Right column widget order not changing.

    WordPress 4.2.4 running Responsive Shop Theme theme Version 8.3
    I am having trouble reordering widgets. By default the shop them lists them.
    Advanced Search
    Categories
    Mailing List

    I rearrange them, get the saving icon appear, yet they still appear in the original order above on the site regardless of their arrangement. Is there way to fix this?
