Require approval after Payment

I have still the Version 6.6.5
In General Settings, there is ” Submission Settings, New Listing Status : Pending Admin Review
Note : If the user pays for a listing, it will go live straight away”

Does exist a way to require approval on listings if someone pays for their ad ?
Once they have paid through Paypal, I wish to show message « pending approval » because very often the listing are not very clean and need corrections.

Do you have any Issue for that, Have I to modifiy the code ?
I would be very grateful for any help !

(Nota : I tried to update with the version 8.8. but I hat a lot of problems with menu appearance, so I go back to version 6.6.5. and I am not ready to change it…)
