Could anyone please explain how the job refund works?
for now refunds are processed manually.
Buyer will contact the admin to request for refund
Where and how does admin updates the refund request, can the user see it on her/his workdesk after?

Question is : how admin manually handles the requests and updates the listing records for both, Seller and user?

Well, in a blog article aboutj MJ Theme recent update, the refund system is metioned as added.
New Update – 9.2.7
Reading this made me happy. Mood changed when I tried to figure out how it works after updating the theme.
Now again the same question:
