Problem with maps

Hello All, The maps markers are not working as expected, if I put the address in the text box, the marker don't appear on the map (google maps find correctly the address), this is for both method, adding/editing listing in back office or from front office. In order to make it work I must click on the map after zooming manually and search the place manually on the map, in this case the marker is present on maps. By maps I mean: - in the listing in back office - in the listing in front office - in the map on home attached some images (non working markers) on home map, when clicking on marker, a popup come with featured image, title and excerpt I'd like to have featured image resized, not cropped, how could I do this? Looking for a solution regards Grec

    Hello Michele,
    uses the map marker to pinpoint exact location hence adding just the address is not enough.
    add below code under Theme Setup >General Setup >Custom css

    .wlt-marker-wrapper .media {
    background-size: contain !important;
    }

    Hello Josh,

    1. this is not acceptable, user don’t understand why they have to click on the map, There is also the same problem on geolocalisation (when clicking on change location, writing the address and click send have no effect!)

    2. attached another problem on maps with marker, personalized marked are not used on listing maps (see attachment)

    GEO location is where the system will try and get the visitors location so you can provide more accurate data to them.

    Hello Michèle,
    this is a Google Map issue and nothing we can do from our side.
    the Geo location,make sure you have not disabled your browser from accessing your accessing your site from a different pc or browser.

    Sorry to bother, but you missed this one 🙂

    2. attached another problem on maps with marker, personalized marked are not used on listing maps (see attachment)

    As I wrote geolocation is disable, but (reading the tips it should work) I would like users can manually put there geolocation using the feature already present (see attachement)

    Well, then nothing solved, all problems I have are features 😀

    BTW if to locate correctly the marker on the map, what is the scope of having the address in this place?
    Same thing for “my current location” change…

    I also see in the new listing the contry/state/city, but they can’t be used ?

    the “find around” don’t seem to work, can you tell how make this working?
