I bought a plug-in: France departments map in order to present all the sites present in a precise department but for this I have to retrieve a request concerning the map-zip (to determine the department) how I do please

Or is it possible without this plug-in or another plug-in to present a list of sites from the same department that would integrate without bugging directorypress
