php change on top menu

    In the top menu, where we have, login/logout button, I want to add some php code to show the user_name and some other thing.

    I have looked up in header.php and I can’t find anything for top menu. It called a function, wp_head(), where is that function ? And where to look up for those changes ?

    Hi Josh,

    I am exploring there, I want to add a modal to login/register on desktop/tablet and open a page when on a mobile how can I set this in php ?
