Within my dashboard, I keep getting a message saying:

You need to set your permalinks to “Post name” Click here to update now

but when I go to the permalinks page, it is already set to “Post Name”.
I am running multisite .. not sure if this has anything to do with the problem (although the other sites permalinks within multisite are also set to “Post Name”

    Any advice very welcome, thanks

If your permalinks are set to ‘postname’ then just ignore it, it will be a caching issue.

@Mark, no, the problem with WP multisite is that the ‘Main’ site is adding a ‘blog’ to the slug. So even if you have selected %postname%, it has the ‘blog’ before it (and the theme shows the error notice), this does not happen for any of the sub sites.

@Andy, Just ignore that warning as things will work fine with that.
