I need this so that clients can post their business and *not* have to come back in 30 days to pay again to keep it listed for another 30 days. Paypal would automatically charge the client every 30 days.

I only need this for business listings and advertising ads.
For the classifieds, the items can expire after 30 days and a user can renew the listing if they pay again through paypal.

It then charges the customer automatically after the period you specify.
