order manager issue

    Hi,

    A member had a sale on my auction site yesterday. However he only realised he had when he logged into his PayPal. I the admin recieved the new order email as normal. and the recent acctivity log shows an email was sent to the seller. But he did not recieve an email and the order does not show in my order manager.

    Here is a copy of the email sent to me the admin, you will see there is no order id: number or no user id: etc..

    Any idea why this has happened guys? i have not changed any settings or added any new plugins or upgrades etc..
