2. When wanting to make payment for renewing a listing, the payment popup has no option for entering a coupon code, whereas paying for a new listing does. In both cases Enable Coupons is On.
3. Applying the discount coupon in the popup closes the popup and takes me back to the listing, requiring me once again to click the “Make Payment” button. Even though the discount is applied, it could be VERY confusing for users.
There are other issues as well, such as the Pay Now button on the payment popup often not working at all, leaving the user stranded.
I wanted to make this a support ticket, but at this point I’m not prepared to deactivate all plugins. I have a little technical knowledge having done customer service on WordPress plugins, and I have seen no evidence of plugin interference or JavaScript errors in any of our issues.
Mark, we need something done and quick! Our site’s dead in the water with these issues. Please help!
Our site recently went live, and now suddenly issues we never had before are creeping out of the woodwork.
1. When a paid listing expires, “Pending Admin Approval” is displayed at the top, instead of the notice to make payment as it should be:
