    Mark,

I have upgraded my coupon theme to 8.9.3 today. However after upgrade, sub menus are not showing up and FB like box is not showing up and twitter follow button is missing. Other plug-ins are working.

Where ever twitter follow button supposed to work, it shows as Tweet.

    Any clue?

    Thanks,
    Bharath

Thanks for your help Jason. However, it is different issue. It shows facebook and other social icons if I update details per your screenshot. However, I have installed facebook and twitter plug-in separately and they were working without any issues. More than than, sub-menus are not showing up. That is big concern for me.

    Any help?

    Hello Bharath,
If using a third party plugin then you should contact the plugin developer

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for taking time to send the screenshots. Yes. I dragged them as sub-menu’s and it was working fine before upgrading to 8.9.3. Something is broken after upgrade. I deleted the theme and installed again. But still no luck.

Can some one help me how to troubleshoot what is causing sub-menu not to appear? Any tool suggestions?

Thanks Josh. Third party plug-ins are from Facebook and Twitter 🙂

    Thanks,
    Bharath

    Hello Bharath,
By third party plugins I mean plugins not developed by premiumpress or plugins not downloaded from the premiumpress official plugin page >>www.premiumpress.com/plugins/
If a plugin is third party then you will have to contact the plugin developer for assistance
