Listing payment and approval

I have seen some topics about this before, but I cannot find any answers.

1. When a user complete a successful listing and payment – it don’t show anything in the “Order Manager”. It still say zero sale.

2. I have turned off manual approval for paid listings, but I still have to approve the listings manually.

Hope anyone can help, because it’s not easy to know who have paid and what listing to approve when it don’t show in the order manager and all listing have to be manually approved.
