Just tired logging & had to reset my pasword.
Downloaded shopperpress, went ot install it.
Put my license key in and I get: The license key you have entered is invalid
your license key is the same as your order Id, let me refresh your account for you.
try logging out then login again to your account.
That was strange, only showed 4 numbers?
Logged out logged in again, back to normal

I also have a four digit key showing. I have a vip membership and ordered and paid for the responsive directory theme.
I know my email address was not working for support so we utilized a second email address of email@example.com
did u try logging out then logging in again?
yes I did three times, I just logged out and back in again and now its back to my old key. It was displaying a four digit key that was not the “new” order id

I have the same issue, will it just correct itself or does somebody need to change something? I’ve logged in and out a couple of times.
I don’t want to waste time with a support ticket if it will just correct itself soon.
Not sure if it’s related but when I tried logging in it said my password was wrong (it wasn’t, it’s always been the same)… I ended up resetting it and then had the issue of the wrong license key being displayed.
Iam having the same problem with the licence key for shopper press.
Password was reset because the system would not allow me to enter the password which was right in the first place. The licence key has been entered 10 times and keeps getting rejected
You’ll be able to find your correct license key if you check your emails from the time you bought ShopperPress.
Or, log in to your avangate.com account that you used to purchase the theme and your order ID will be the license key.
Or, I think the email asking you to reset your password also has your license key in it. Mine stated my username for the premiumpress website and the last 7/8 digits are the order number / license key I think.

I don’t have any current issues but just to note that I also had trouble signing into the members area when the system crashed, I had to reset a new password, now when I look at my member account my licence key is different to what it was 1 year ago when I initially purchased. I’m happy to carry on as is I just thought I would let you know.
