"INSTALL" buttons for suggested plugins not working

Hello,

There’s quite a few suggestions by premiumpress as to additional plugins that may better your site such as page builder, slider plugin, etc however when I click to install them it just brings me to a blank page.

I was able to install the page builder as a kind individual sent me the link via these forums although if possible could someone send me the link to the slider plugin, terms & conditions plugin?
