iCodes Merchant List – Category and Store Not Saving

I downloaded premium press icodes 2.5 plugin, and configured my merchants at icodes. I then updated my admin merchants list and assigned the category and store to each merchant. Here is the problem, the store and category assigned to each merchant will not save. I reinstalled the premiumpress plugin, but it still will not save the store and category assigned. Also, the icodes store name is added as a new store when I import coupons or offers by each individual store. I would appreciate some help.
