How to edit breadcrumb language

Hi guys,

I would like to change the language of the breadcrumbs or edit the breadcrumbs to fit my needs. Where can i find the corresponding file? I can’t find how to change the word ‘Store’ appearing in the breadcrumbs on the specific store page. Since this page is not in English the word ‘Store’ needs to disappear or be changed to a Dutch word!

Please look at the attached picture to see what I mean.
