Be sure you do not have the FAQ Page hidden under the Admin Area.

also if your getting 404 (page not found) make sure you disable your permalinks then try again.

FAQ doesn’t even show up on the attached screenshot page in Admin unless I create a page called FAQ. What is the purpose of the FAQ Manager if it doesn’t show up? How do I use it as it was intended? I can add content to it, but it doesn’t show up anywhere and I can’t see where to “turn it on”.

First go to admin > pages > create a FAQ page and chose the FAQs template for it and publish.
Next create your FAQs in the FAQ Manager.
Now when you visit the FAQ page, you should see your FAQs.

    Kind regards,

    Richard

@Monique there is something wrong in the way you have created the FAQ page. When I click on the link the url shows as:

    http://wpdir2013.imannuaire.com/faq/faq/

Look at the double /faq/faq/ in the url.

    Kind regards,

    Richard
