    Hi there,

    Under THEME SETUP => EMAIL SETUP there is an option to setup an Email for NEW SUCCESFUL ORDER / NEW FAILED ORDER. would really use some help here to understand:
    1. For whom these emails are sent? To the listing buyer or to the listing author?
    2. If to the listing author – why would he need to know about failed orders and what is failed order anyway and the causes for it to fail?
    3. Is there an option to add another email that will be sent as confirmation to the buyer for successful orders?
    4. What extra shortcodes besides (username) can be used on NEW FAILED ORDER email?
    5. What (title) and (order_data) are displaying?
    6. How can I add custom assignments emails?
