Edit Account Details from Profile Page Link

When in the view profile section there is an EDIT button. when clicked it takes you back to the dashboard, where you can click on the My Account section to edit details. Is there a way to make the EDIT button link go straight to the edit page instead of double back tracking? The code below is the link to go to the edit account section from the dashboard but I cant seem to get it to work in the Profile page as a direct link. Can someone please help? Thanks.
