After the transfer (Directorypress7 to the new responsive directory). The permalink has changed.

    Before : https://mywebsite.com/title
    After: https://mywebsite.com/listings/title

All of our old listings are referenced by google. What should we do if we want to keep our old permalink.

    hi Pascal,

On new responsive theme version, the listings is a custom post type in which wordpress require to have custom post type slug too, unlike the old theme version which is the default post type “post”. There’s no option to change that sorry.

    Hi Pascal,

The only way you can do this is to transfer the listings to default post type “posts” in which you have to edit the whole theme functions and system and it will be a big project to do that.

We don’t have any other solution for this at the moment sorry.
