CSV Import Failing (DT 8.9)

Running DT 8.9, and CSV import is failing. I get the following error:

Warning! Your CSV file is missing default columns headers. Any attempt to import will result in errors.
Missing Column Header: post_title
Missing Column Header: post_content

My CSV file DOES contain those two headers, and just a single record. See attached.

Not sure what the heck is going on, but I was able to import before with the same format.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
