Everyday I find certain number of coupons moving to draft automatically. Is this a bug. What is the reason for this? Please help.
Thanks in advance
This happens to me too.
The listing expiry field gets filled in somehow and moves to draft once the expiry date has been reached.
I have no idea how this happens because I don’t use the listing expiry field.
If no expiry date is set, the system sets a 30 day expiry by default.
When this is reached, the coupon is moved to drafts.
This only happens to some listings though – not all?
I dont want to move the coupon to draft.. what can be done…
I also face this issue (Just a few coupons). Not sure what is the cause… I had to edit and publish the coupons again.
Perhaps mark could alter how the expiry field works if enough people ask for it?
i.e. if no expiry date is set, then the system doesn’t automatically assign one.
I think it might be a bug that it fills the listing expiry even though the user does not assign one. Needs to be rectified.
This happens to me sometimes also, I found that some how the Listing Expiry Date also had a date in it causing the coupon to change to draft status. I do not know how this happens as I only used the Coupon Expiry Date.
Mark… Please help…. We dont want the coupons to move to draft when the expiry date is reached…
send me a ticket and ill check your setup.
Mark.. I have submitted a ticket….
in 6.6.0 i added a on/off switch for expiry features so you can disable the entire expiry feature.
