Comment of Listings in PremiumPress MicroJobs Theme

I bought the premium press microjob theme but users can’t leave a comment on listing. I really need this function. Though i have read some threads that says i should allow user to comment in WordPress Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion page which i have done and also switch on comment system in the theme setting. All of these i have done and still i cant see a comment box after clicking a listing so user can drop a comment. I don’t mind a source code to copy and paste or any other help you can render.

Note: Am running on version 9 of the theme and on the child theme Turquoise .
