My site seems to function great with adding parts to the cart and when customer needs to increase Quantity from 1 to 2 by clicking the green + there is not a problem.

But if a customer types in the COUPON Code and then tries to Increase or Decrease the Quantity the system EVERY TIME in EVERY Browser brings up a Pop up that is taking customer away from Checkout Page.

I am pretty sure that is right.

Mark, it only does this after you enter the COUPON CODE. Can you go to my site and see if you can tell me why this is happening.

They seem to not be able to duplicate the issue. I think they are not following my instructions.

If anyone has a few minutes to help. PLEASE read and follow steps below and tell me if you are getting same POP UP window. I have tested on 3 different computers with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

ISSUE happens in IE9, Chrome and FireFox. Below is Screen Shots from IE9

1. Product Page – Click Add to Cart
2. Click Checkout Now
3. Type in Coupon Code and Click Apply
4. Now click on the + Button to increase the QTY.
5. Pop Up will show up asking ” Click OK to Update your Shopping Cart QTY now? ” Click OK
6. Now system will Pop Up the Windows Internet Explorer.
7. If you click Retry it will update the QTY. But this should not be popping up.
