Button link

Cheers everyone

I am looking to see how I can make the button in photo redirect to this..I have tried many ways with code..it works in inspector element..but for the life of me I cant get to work in the custom code area..Ive tried many combinations..the class line by itself etc..Ive included the pic to show the button where i want the link to go.Its the BIG RED “CHAT ROOM”.right now it just goes back to same page its on..account
