Business Directory Plugin

Hi Experts,
After installing the basic WP onto my domain, delhibizdirectory.com, when I was exploring I saw that in the plugins section under the admin dashboard, I see a free Business Directory Plugin, Author: D. Rodenbaugh.

Is this plugin meant to be used as a standalone( sort of equivalent to Premiumpress Business Directory theme) to create a Business Directory or is it to be installed in addition to the premium theme?
Has anyone installed/activated the Business Directory Plugin & if possible, can he/she share the various features that can be implemented?
