i have tried the blank payment form plugin but i do not receive any email, do you have a fix or alternate plugin
Under PremiumPress > REPORT ACTIVITY is a list of logged activities and/or problems. You may see why the email wasn’t sent.
i believe the update may have solved my problem, under the my account section towards the bottom there is a “My Payment Information” section with a drop down, would you happen to know where this is located so i can edit the wording? instead of Bank or the others I would like to put Cryptocurrency
The My Payment Information section is for payment preference and not a part the blank payment form plugin.
There really isn’t a quick/easy way to do it. You would need to change several core theme files to integrate it. You may need a developer to handle it for you if you’re unfamiliar.
Unfortunately same issue with Blank Payment form.
I do not receive any email with form data.
If check email logs screenshot you can see, that one email to buyer wos send successfully, but second email to admin with error.
Can you help me?
