Advanced Search on Mobile Website

Hi Mark or everyone... I have confused to implement advanced search featured on mobile website, anyone can explain to help me ? Thanks a lot...

    @Owen Go to Theme Options >General Setup >Content Setup >Mobile Setup >Responsive Design – Mobile Setup and enable ‘Use Advanced Search’

    Already did this – it doesn’t provide advanced search.

    @Owen you must add the Advanced Search in the sidebar under Appearance >Widgets and turn ON the option ‘Show Sidebars (if available)’

    Thanks for your response.

    I already did both of these (pics attached).

    I’ve also attached some pic of how it looks on my mobile. The search button opens the standard search – not the advanced search.

    Any other thoughts?

    Josh, thanks for coming back on this.

    We have some inconsistent results across devices. Windows Phone is showing the issue and others not . We’re going to do further research and post back here when we have a conclusion.

    FYI, we have made a temporary fix by creating a page for the advanced search which shows in the main menu in mobile mode only.
