Add Coupon Button

Hi,
I am using coupon theme 9.1.6 and have questions about the add coupon button on the homepage.

1. Can the button be removed?
2. if not, how can you activate the button? I presume that you have to somewhere define to which page you go after you click on the button.
Where can you do that?
I thought maybe in Premiumpress > Configuration > Page&Button links, but there was no Add Coupon button.
When I click on it now I get a blank page besides from the header and footer.
