    Hi I just found the fix for my problem.
    Most of my listings were expired. Meaning Custom field named ‘listing_expiry_date’ had a past date value.

    In order to update this I had to download a plugin Custom Field Bulk Editor. This will update the value of a custom field in multiples listings at once. I’m aware this process can also be done directly from mySQLadmin.

    Update my draft listings to publish all at once – this is the query I use in my database and it worked.

    UPDATE wp_posts SET post_status = ‘publish’ WHERE (post_type=’listing_type’ and post_status=’draft’);

    In case someone need to know this for future issues like mine. Directory theme V9 now works with my previous database.
