    Hello All,

    Note: You’ll need to determine which footer file you’re using to copy to your child theme directory.

    Try this…. create a file called “footer-menu.php” in your child theme directory and use this:
    <?php
    /*
    * Theme: PREMIUMPRESS CORE FRAMEWORK FILE
    * Url: www.premiumpress.com
    * Author: Mark Fail
    *
    * THIS FILE WILL BE UPDATED WITH EVERY UPDATE
    * IF YOU WANT TO MODIFY THIS FILE, CREATE A CHILD THEME
    *
    * http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    */
    if (!defined('THEME_VERSION')) { header('HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden'); exit; }

    global $CORE, $post;

    get_template_part('footer-1');

    ?>
    The code calls the footer file and looks for it in the the same directory as this file.
    So, now copy whichever footer file block that your theme is using to your child theme directory.

    In the above code I’m calling “footer-1”. The actual file name is footer-1.php and was copied from the /SP/framework/elementor/blocks/ directory. This will be the file to make footer changes.

    The end result will add two additional files to your child theme directory. “footer-menu.php” and “footer-X.php” (with “X” being which ever number the theme is using).

    Hope this makes sense.
