Order Transactions

Have setup so that the admin will take 10% commission from the Seller to Admin (me).
When a buyer has purchased the auction listing I see on the sellers account a negative balance, which is correct, 10% of price.
But in the Order Manager i don´t see that 10% amount as Unpaid, to me. If the seller pays the negative amount it will come up as Paid in the Order Manager. So I am missing the unpaid order transaction.
